AT THE START: UNWRAPPED 2026

Inspired by Spotify Wrapped, our team asked a different question this year: What do we want to unwrap in 2026?

Instead of treating year-end as a finish line, this edition of At The Starting Line is a reminder that progress doesn’t reset on January 1. And the work we care about most doesn’t fit neatly into a calendar year.

Here’s what we’re excited to unwrap in 2026.

  • Blend communication, collaboration and change navigation as we help organizations who are doing great work

  • Build strong, trusted relationships within our team and with the clients we serve

ADDING MORE...

  • Programs that support employees in building careers they love for great organizations, especially those focused on mentorship, recognition and professional development

  • Partnerships with community-based organizations, mission-based companies and great places to work

  • Senior and executive recruiting focused on long-term impact, and helping organizations bring on leaders who truly shape culture and direction (And yes, a shameless plug: Sarah helped source and hire some incredibly tough senior-level roles this year.)

  • Healthy ways of working, smooth change experiences, and environments where employees are supported, informed and grounded
